About pricing: We don't post prices because the cost depends on what's actually wrong and what parts it needs. We'll look at it first and give you an estimate before we start.
If your bathroom sink takes forever to empty or the shower leaves you standing in water, something's built up in the line. We'll find where the clog is and clear it. If more than one drain is backing up, the problem is probably further down, and we'll check the main line too.
Water under the sink, a stain on the ceiling, or a water bill that jumped for no reason. Those usually mean a leak somewhere. We'll trace it back to the source and show you what we find. Then we repair or replace the bad section of pipe.
Running out of hot water halfway through a shower is a common one. So is a tank that's rumbling, leaking at the base, or just getting old. Sometimes a new element or thermostat fixes it. Sometimes replacing the unit makes more sense. We'll tell you which and why.
A toilet that keeps running or a faucet that won't stop dripping wastes more water than most people think. These are usually quick fixes. If you'd rather replace the fixture, we can install a new faucet, sink, or toilet.
If your disposal hums but won't spin, leaks from the bottom, or doesn't turn on at all, we'll take a look. Some can be fixed. If yours can't, we'll help you pick a replacement that fits your sink and install it.
We'll go through the plumbing in your house and look for things like worn supply lines, slow leaks, and valves that don't shut off all the way. You'll get a straight answer on what looks fine and what you should keep an eye on.
